All the contractual obligations like transfer of SPV, acquisition of Shares through SPA and Agreement with Central Transmission Utility of India Limited were completed on 7th Oct’2022.
In continuation to compile the contractual obligations KRTL has submitted application for obtaining the Transmission license and adoption of Tariff with CERC on 12th Oct’22 – newspaper notifications were issued on 13th Oct’22.
